After a couple of things go wrong in the course of a day I label it a bad day and write it off. What if, instead of a bad day, I had a bad minute? A minute is much less of a commitment to bad. Instead of aggregating negativity throughout the day I could immediately write off that negative experience, that minute, and move into the rest of my day without it.
